Am good at taking a leading role,

Enjoy working with a team of people,

Confident in myself and happy to express my opinions in a group,

Good at taking criticism,

Motivated when in a working environment,

Good at listening to others and taking onboard their opinions

Weaknesses

Can become complacent,

Can be quite lazy when doing a repetitive task,

Sometimes can be quite self centred,

Loose motivation when I struggle understanding something,

Ability to expand my knowledge base,

Become better at applying knowledge to situations,

Way to explore other opportunities outside of work,

Opportunity to encounter new people,

Lack of motivation when doing home study,

Letting myself become unorganised,

Not being able to adjust to university style teaching,

Not finding the balance between work and University
